1: PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS YOU CHOOSE TO SEND YOUR ORDER TO IS CORRECT. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO MOVE PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED WITH THE INCORRECT ADDRESS/PREVIOUS ADDRESS WE CANNOT MAKE CHANGES. IT WILL BE UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO KEEP TRACK OF THEIR TRACKING AND ONCE AN UPDATE IS AVAILABLE THE CUSTOMER IS URGED TO CONTACT USPS TO INTERCEPT THEIR PACKAGE AND PROVIDE USPS WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS BEFORE THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED.
2: ONLY ONE BOOK PER CUSTOMER. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ORDER A BOOK FOR YOURSELF AND FOR A FAMILY MEMBER, FRIEND, PARTNER, YOU MAY DO SO BY PLACING A SEPARATE ORDER. IF AN ORDER IS PLACED WITH TWO OR MORE BOOKS PLEASE BE AWARE YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED ONCE SINGLE BOOK ORDERS ARE COMPLETE. THEREFORE YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT LONGER FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE RECEIVED.

6. THE EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGE CONSISTS OF A IN-HOUSE INSURANCE THAT AUTOMATICALLY COVERS A FULL REPLACEMENT IN THE EVENT OF YOUR ITEM(S) BEING LOST IN TRANSIT OR HEAVILY DAMAGE. THIS CHARGE IS TYPICALLY AN EXTRA $5.00 ADDED IN THE FINAL CHECKOUT.
