1: Please make sure the address you choose to send your order to is correct. If you are planning to move please contact customer service to change your address. Once your order is processed with the incorrect address/previous address we cannot make changes. It will be up to the customer to keep track of their tracking and once an update is available the customer is urged to contact USPS to intercept their package and provide USPS with the correct address before the package is delivered.
2: Only ONE bundle per customer. If you would like to order a bundle for yourself and for a family member, friend, partner, you may do so by placing a separate order. If an order is placed with two or more bundles please be aware your order will be processed and shipped ONCE single bundle orders are complete. Therefore you may have to wait longer for your order to be received.
3: Current bundles will begin to ship within a few days of ordering.
4: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations.

6. COVID-19: To all my readers. I am well aware of the terrible covid19 disease and here in our book facility we are taking extreme measures sanitizing all work areas. Although we are monitoring the situation we will continue to keep our site open for as long as we can. Please rest assured that every book bundle that exits our facility has been sanitized with CDC recommending disinfectants. All books are shipped sealed and are carefully dropped off at USPS. We urge all our readers to take the same precautions as we cannot speak for the hygiene practices USPS is taking. We urge all of our readers to take the proper measures needed for their health safety. Please. Once your book bundles are delivered, open your packages outside and clean your hands with soap and water immediately. Although the CDC mentions that surface transmission of the covid19 virus needs to be better researched, we still urge our readers to follow proper procedures to secure their safety. Once the package is open, please rest assure that the ACTUAL book bundle itself has been sanitized properly on our behalf. We are still aiming for a May release on the new bundle and I hope all of you have a chance to read this one. The packaging itself is so beautiful and you all already know I write my heart out.
