*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING THE BOOK TO AVOID ANY MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PUBLISHER AND THE CUSTOMER.*
1: Please ensure that the address you provide for your order is accurate. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your information. Make sure your address is correct and if there is information missing contact customer service immediately to update your information. If the order is processed with an incorrect address, we are unable to make changes. If an incorrect address is provided and the customer does not notify customer service before the order is processed, resulting in delivery to the wrong address, unfortunately, customer service will not be able to resend the item/s. The customer will need to repurchase the item/s.
2: Only ONE book per customer. If you would like to order a book for yourself and for a family member, friend, partner, you may do so by placing a separate order. If an order is placed with two or more books please be aware your order will be processed and shipped ONCE single book orders are complete. Therefore you may have to wait longer for your order to be received.
3: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations. (Books are printed on demand or as each order is confirmed)
4: When orders begin to process in late September, orders will process in batches and NOT all at once.

6: The extra shipping charge consists of a in-house insurance that automatically covers a full replacement in the event of your item(s) being lost in transit or heavily damage. This charge is typically an extra $5.00 added in the final checkout.
